Named by **BBC Radio** as *“one of the most brilliant world-fusion producers of our time,”* **David Starfire** is widely recognized as a pioneer of the **Global Bass** genre and a leading composer of music for meditation and psychedelic-assisted therapy. *Billboard* summed it up best: *“David Starfire brings a unique perspective to EDM.”*
David has performed at prominent festivals including **Winter Music Conference, Coachella, Outside Lands, Envision, Burning Man, Eclipse**, and **Lightning in a Bottle**. He has provided direct support for artists such as **Skrillex** and **CloZee**, and has collaborated with influential artists including **Afrika Bambaataa, Sizzla, Alex Grey, Ram Dass, Alan Watts, Ooah (The Glitch Mob), Sidecar Tommy (Beats Antique), William Close**, and **Grammy-nominated vocalist Chaytanya**.
His album *Ascend* reached **#7 on the iTunes World Music chart**, and he has earned **two #1 remixes on Hype Machine**. David has traded remixes with **CloZee, Desert Dwellers, iLLGates, Beats Antique**, and **SOOHAN**.

He has performed around the world in locations such as the **Pyramids of Giza in Egypt**, as well as **India, Thailand, Norway, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Australia**, and most major cities across **Europe**. Over the past 15 years, David has released **seven full-length albums**, **thirteen EPs**, and numerous singles and remixes.
His music has been featured across **television, film, video games, and advertising**, including *Sold* (executive produced by Emma Thompson), *Lie to Me* (FOX), *Outsourced* (NBC), *Live with Kelly Ripa* (ABC), **ESPN2, Fox Sports, MTV, MTV2, Fuse, Showtime, HBO, EA Sports**, and a **Right Guard** commercial. His work has also appeared on compilations from **Sony, Lonely Planet, Red Bull**, and **Craigslist**, and his song *“Shout It Out”* was in regular rotation at **Starbucks** locations.
For many years, David has focused deeply on producing music for **meditation and psychedelic-assisted therapy**. He has served as a music facilitator for high-profile meditation retreats alongside **Deepak Chopra, Robert Thurman, Richard Schwartz (IFS), Sunny Strasburg, Gita Vaid**, and others. He collaborated with **Phil Wolfson** (MAPS researcher and author of *The Ketamine Papers*) on the **KDome Virtual Burning Man Project**.
David helped develop the **TRIPP meditation app**, contributing music and serving as the primary curator of its sound library, featuring artists such as **Moby, Ram Dass, Alan Watts, Desert Dwellers, Dirtwire**, and others. In **2023**, he released a highly acclaimed album featuring meditations by **Ram Dass**. He is currently the **Head of Music and Sound at TRIPP VR**, the world’s leading meditation platform in virtual reality.
In **2020**, David co-founded **PsyAssist** with **Sunny Strasburg**, a VR and mobile application that provides music and guided meditation for psychedelic therapy.
David began his musical journey at age **eight**, playing guitar before joining jazz band and marching band in high school. In his twenties, he was signed to multiple bands and ultimately fell in love with the fusion of **world music and electronic dance music**. He comes from a deeply musical family in **New Orleans**—his grandfather, **Oscar Rouzan**, was a well-known jazz musician, and his cousin **Wanda Rouzan** is known as *“the sweetheart of New Orleans music.”*

SeanTilldawn is a Hawaiʻi-based DJ, MC, and community builder whose sound is rooted in bass culture, island rhythms, and the raw energy of outdoor, underground dance floors. Drawing influence from Hawaiʻi’s reggae, electronic, and live-music scenes, his sets blend reggae bass, downtempo, trip-hop, breaks, psy-influenced bass, and livetronica, guided less by genre and more by vibe.

Originally cutting his teeth as a downtempo and trip-hop DJ in the early ’90s, Sean’s return to live performance was reignited through Burning Man, where he served as stage manager and DJ for Camp Tetrion (2011–2013). That experience reshaped his approach—favoring immersive, high-energy sets designed to move bodies and build connection rather than chase trends.

Known for reading rooms and lifting crowds, SeanTilldawn often incorporates live vocals and MC work, creating dance floors that feel participatory, sweaty, and alive. His sound moves fluidly—from deep bass and breaks to dark electro, minimal tech, and psychedelic edges—always anchored in rhythm and intention.

Sean has performed at festivals, clubs, and underground events across Hawaiʻi, including Love Festival, Source Festival, Firejam, Collidascope, and numerous pop-up and outdoor gatherings. He has provided direct support for national and international artists such as DJ Swamp, ill.Gates, SOOHAN, Rhythmstar, and David Starfire, while also supporting and promoting local scenes through recurring events and collaborations.

Beyond the decks, Sean is deeply invested in artist development and community infrastructure. He is the founder of Inov8seaN Studios in Kailua, Hawaiʻi—a creative space offering music production, DJ education, recording, consulting, and artist support.
